As we usher in the longest night of the year, we also welcome a season for deep rest and nourishment. The winter season is meant to be a time of grounding, calming the nervous system from a year of hard work, and looking inward. Join the soulsync co. for an evening of restoration and alignment, honoring the Winter Solstice and the season ahead.

During this gathering, we will focus on what the coming of the Winter Solstice means, opening our hearts with a cacao ceremony, expanding through activated breathwork, and restoring  mind, body & spirit through sound alchemy— all while attuning to this new season.

We'll be gathering on Wednesday, Decemember 18th at 6:00pm at Suga Skincare.
