✨Shamanic healing journey: A Shamanic journey is a spiritual healing technique that has been around for centuries and allows oneself to travel through dimension, time, and space. By entering a meditative state, your soul may venture outward to receive guidance and healing. Journeying gives you insight at a soul and cosmic level. Kristen will guide you to unique spaces and lead you through situations to invoke healing and clarity.

✨Reiki: Reiki is an ancient energetic healing technique that amplifies the body's own natural ability to heal itself. When receiving high vibrational reiki energy you will most likely feel a deep sense of tranquility and healing on a mind, body, and soul level.

With this unique blend of healing modalities you may experience different sounds, sensations in your body, vibrations, seeing colors or lights, visions, or connecting with your guides and so much more.
