Bringing forth deep transformation, healing and light-spirited fun in various modalities such as sound baths, vocal alchemy, shamanic healing journeys, reiki, spiritual protection, breathwork, cacao ceremonies, soul readings, and more. Working with many different healing modalities of source energy and interdimensional beings of light, Kristen removes attachments, clears blocks, and leads you into a deeper understanding of self.
